Widespread dispute resolution experience concerning property, family companies and trusts, partnerships, boundary disputes, rights of light, easements, covenants and rights of way, residential valuation, neighbour disputes and rents involving a wide range of private, corporate and local authority parties.
Litigation experience as expert witness in cases concerning property valuation, development and professional negligence, and as advocate at planning enquiries.
