David’s 35 years of experience in property and business advice to farmers and the rural community led him into mediation. He now mediates two or three times a month on matters ranging from boundary disputes to professional negligence claims and disputed wills. In addition to his mediation practice, he continues his professional practice as expert witness (boundaries and valuation) and arbitrator.
